Question: My boyfriend has accused of me of yelling at him when he tries to wake me up or asks if I am sleeping, usually my response is less than friendly…down right rude and mean.
He’s recorded my responses and I barely recognize myself. How do I make it stop? It’s affecting our relationship.He blew up and yelled at me the same way I apparently spoke to him and he scared me…I was afraid of his temper and he said this is what it’s like when I have to wake you up to go to bed or if I ask you a simple question.Please help. I’ll be speaking to a councilor this week.
