Question: I started slerpwalking in my 1st year at the university in Ghana.
My roomate said I would get up, run to the door and open it. I’d look left and right, shut the door, stand in the middle of the room looking confused until she asked me what I was doing.All I remember is being confused about why I was standing in the middle of the room and wandering how I got there.I noticed it happened a lot when I wasn’t eating as much as I should have and when I was extremely tired.It happens just once in a while now. My husband says I wake up and ask who he is, I look terrified, then he tells me its him and I go back to sleep. Its a bit worrisome. Im 29 now and it started 9 years ago.
