Question: I’m only 18 and have never experienced sleep paralysis until last night. It happened around 4:30am. I can remember this distinctively because i woke up to check the time, I then rolled over and slowly fell back asleep. This is when the sleep paralysis began to happen.
My body became frozen and could only hear and feel the experience. My eyes were closed the whole time as if I was asleep. What sounded like a woman, climbed onto my bed and positioned herself behind me. She then wrapped her arm around my waist tightly, which was obviously the pressure that is applied to you during it. She then softly spoke into my ear “When you look into atelescope, I watch”.The strange thing that doesn’t match up with sleep paralysis is that during the experience I didn’t feel scared or frightened. I was remotely calm until after it had finished. After saying those words, she just laid there behind me with her arm wrapped tightly over my waist, which must have been a good few minutes before she slowly climbed off my bed, took a few steps and disappeared. This is when I awoke feeling frightened and very scared of what just happened. I couldn’t tell the difference from if it was real or just a dream. Living in a haunted house already I presumed it was real and some person was telling me some message. It was until my boyfriend mentioned sleep paralysis and to lookit up. I really hope someone has a close encounter of what happened.
