Question: My daughter wakes from 2 to 5 times during the night. She says that she needs to go to the the toilet. Even though she does she is always wide awake and wants to talk about other things. I am so tried and just want to go back to bed.
I wonder how can she be so awake, why does she wake so often. She is very creative with an over active mind, sometimes she does scare her self with her thoughts. A sock on her dressing table can look like some scary thing to her.Even if she has a late night on the weekend she still wakes during the night. She does not appear to be tried the next day nor does she want to go to bed early because she is tried.My son on the other hand, her twin, just goes to sleep and stays asleep until morning, even with her calling me during the night.Thankful for that. Really do not know what to do at the moment.Tired Mum
