Question: I am a sleep-talker. I have just discovered that this problem is named “somniloquy”. When i´m asleep I say things that offends my wife because I got rude and I hurt her with things I don´t remember and I don’t believe when she tells me that I said. I got embarrased and shamed when she tells me the things I’ve said to her. It is problematic and I don´t know what to do.
But, the things I say are real or dreams? I tell my wife that I would never say those things to her but she says that If I have them in mind they are real and I mean them but I don’t say them. So, are they real or only dreams?
