Question: I’m in the 9th and grade and its currently the summer before I start high school. I have gotten myself on a schedule where I stay up all night long until any time from 4:30-8:30. By falling asleep this late I’m too tired to get up so I sleep anytime from 12:30-4:30.
My dad doesn’t allow me to sleep in past 10:30 but he leaves for work at 11:00 and so he makes sure I’m up before he leaves. Once he leaves I set alarms once every hour tell 4:00. When I wake up to each alarm I decide of I want to sleep longer or wake up. Most of the time I sleep longer… I’ve tried to fix my schedule by staying up from the time I wake up one day until like 8:00-9:00 the next night but I just can’t stay awake for too long after like 6:00… What should I do to fix my problem. I’ve tried so much stuff I just would like some help…
