Question: Its what I said to myself a few Months ago. But worse is exactly what has happened. I’m so tired I cant function. When I go to bed I’m so tired and exhausted but yet I will then lay there for hours. Sometimes I never fall asleep and have to get up in the morning for work with no sleep at all. How can it be possible to lay awake all of the night when you are so tired?
When I do get a night when I eventually fall asleep I always wake up about an hour later no matter how tired I am. How can that be?I will always wake up about 2 times a night. I have read many things about insomnia but I have never really found anything that describes me exactly. This has been going on for nearly a year and a half. The effects are quite severe now. I have got fuzzy nerve sensations in both of my arms and especially in my hands. It feels like very fast pins and needles. My concentration is shot. My hands have just started to tremble a bit now and I have massive anxiety. My head feels very cloudy and it feel kind of heavy. My eyes are like pickles. To say its difficult is an understatement. I’m really sensitive to medicine so on the occasion that I do take a sleeping pill, I cut it in half but I can still feel it starting to go round my body. My heart rate starts to increase and I get a rising feeling all over my body. It feels like my nerves are shot to bits. even the smallest unexpected noise makes me jump and my body has started to twitch as well. That’s me. I hope no one else is going through this.
