Question: Well to start off I am an ex military personnel. I have gone to 3 separate conflicts, the last one Iraq. While being there the constant alertness of being shot at or called for a task was hard enough for sleeping. When I got back from Iraq my depression and anxiety kept me up almost 14-16 hours a day.
My snoring didn’t help either with my sleep. When I didn’t get enough sleep I would drift away even while talking to someone, I would fall asleep anywhere, but this would be daytime. At night; no sleeping. Now I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and I am stuck with a machine for life. Without it my snoring is hard and continuous. Thank you.PS: Now my partner sleeps better….
