Question: When I go to bed it takes awhile for me to fall asleep. I am all over the bed, cannot find a good way to lay. Then when I go to sleep my fiance says I kick and hit and snore and gasp. I don’t ever have a dream or if I do I don’t remember it. Never well rested when I get up.

You should definitely not ignore this and get yourself examined for sleep apnea, because it’s not something you want to leave untreated.
