Question: My 8 yr old son has approx two night terror episodes a month. He wakes, runs around, wide eyed and terrified. Heart rate and breathing rapid. After 5 mins calms and is returned to his bed. He never remembers the next day. They seem to have increased in intensity over the past 2 years. Episode lasts approx, 5 mins.
