Question: My girlfriend sleep talks and moves around in her sleep just like she is awake. Sometimes she gets up and walks, but mostly she talks TO me and replies to my answers. It can last up to an hour on occasions, but usually around 20 minutes.
It’s so weird that if I tickle her, she will laugh and try to tickle me back; she calls me obscure names like Squirrel and Monkey; she can even sense when I don’t reply and then express sad emotions and actions – to the point of crying.The entire time her eyes are shut, and it’s basically impossible to wake her up from it. Is this just simple sleep talking/walking, or more? :/

my boyfriend does exactly the same thing in his sleep. I’ve had a 17 minute long conversation with him.sometimes he is funny and sometimes he is mean.he makes references to things I can’t seesometimes his eyes are even open but he’ll tell me he’s in a parking garage or some other strange location.I can say things like who’s that person behind you and he will tell me who it is and what they’re doing even though I’m just making it up.it is strange and funny butt sometimes it is scary too because I can’t wake him up.more and more lately his eyes are open and he will even walk around our bedroom talking about people who aren’t there and thinking he is somewhere else. I’ve had to stop him from going to work and other places while he is asleep. it is impossible to wake him up and he will insist he is awakebut doesn’t know where we are or what’s going on and doesn’t remember it the next day.
