Question: I used to get a lot of sleep but as I reached the time I started going to college I started not being able to sleep through the night. I would have trouble falling asleep and then when I did finally nod off it would be broken.
Now it’s starting to affect college because sometimes I’m way too tired to get up and ready to go to college and days when I manage to get there I’m grouchy and snap at everyone.I haven’t got the time to catch up with the sleep though (not even weekends) because I’ve either got college work or driving lessons or I have stuff that I have to get done. It’s the worst thing I have come across so far because it’s so draining.
