Question: I have always had trouble falling asleep, and had grown accustomed to only getting four or five hours of sleep every night. But recently, my sleep cycle is starting to concern me.
My body is always tired and sore, but my mind seems to play like a broken record, with no way to tune it out. I normally fall asleep after midnight, and wake up mid morning. But in recent months it takes me hours to fall asleep, around five or six in the morning. But the last few days are what’s really striking my attention. I have gone three days straight with absolutely no sleep. My body feels as though someone threw me down a flight of stairs. Although I feel tired, my mind will not go into ease. I have started having some pretty detailed hallucinations, which draw much concern.I would really like to learn more about what is happening to me and why. My mind seems to be constantly focused on bad subjects, worsening pre diagnosed anxiety disorders. Could these symptoms be linked? What can I do to save myself, before I become completely insane?
