Question: It scares me so bad! My 8 year old baby girl stops breathing in her sleep about every ten minutes or so. She sleeps with her mouth wide open and sounds like a grown man.
She fights to breathe and snores something fierce. I took her to the emergency room about it one time and the doctor on duty told me I had nothing to worry about. Well….He doesn’t sleep next to her and does not know what I hear is very scary I find myself shaking her all through the night to make sure she is breathing. I let her go camping with her grandparents and they told me that they were concerned about her breathing as well.Should I get her tonsils taken out? I don’t know what to do. I worry about my little angel all the time. I fear to go to sleep because I have to listen for her. What to do….Anyone???
