Question: I have a 7yr old daughter that goes to bed at 8:00pm every night, it was like out of nowhere when she started to get up during the night and come into mine and her fathers bed to sleep, from there I started to take her back to her own bed, that’s when she started getting up 3-4 times during the night crying and having a worried look on her face and sometimes saying or doing things that don’t make sense.
For example she will go toilet before she goes to bed then go every or a couple times she wakes up, and she wont do anything. Other times its nightmares, which I can handle, sometimes she gets angry with me, and starts yelling, other times she just cries and has a worried look on her face, once when that happened she looked at me whilst crying telling me she was worried for me because she didn’t want anything to happen to me, then cried herself back to sleep, that was heart wrenching. I’m not sure what category she falls under, and I most definitely want this to stop.
