Question: I have only ever experienced “lucid dreaming” twice. But both times have ended the same. The most recent experience I had with lucid dreaming was awhile back. It was late and I was on YouTube. I watched a video on lucid dreaming and how to do it but eventually I got tired and decided to go to sleep with no intention to achieve lucid dreaming.
It was weird, I woke up and I was in my bed, it was dark, everything looked realistic as if I weren’t dreaming, but I knew I was. I felt like a tingling/buzzing sensation (which I later looked up and it’s a sign effect of sleep paralysis which leads to lucid dreaming) and I couldn’t move. I remember wanting to try to move and I was aware that I was lucid dreaming but at the same time I was scared. I wanted to move and try to control my dream but I was too scared to do it.I remembered the first time that this happened to me, I just closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep, which works. I woke up and everything was back to normal. So I did that the second time of lucid dreaming.I am still curious about it and want to try it again but not be so afraid and try to move and wander but I read some pretty scary articles on other peoples experiences and how they see “demons” and such and that’s what scares me the most.
