Question: Every week or so my sixty five year old grandmother has these outbursts of shouting in her sleep. It usually happens in the very early morning around five or six.
When it happens she is always saying the same general thing, “Get away from me! Leave me alone! No!”The very first time I heard her she sounded so scared and her words were so clear that I ran into her room thinking that she was being physically attacked by someone. It freaks me out. One minute I am enjoying my nice quiet morning and the next minute it sounds like my grandmother is being murdered!
