Question: I have had a recurring dream for the past two weeks. In the dreams I have been relaxing in my bed when I spot a gremlin lurking in the shadows of my room. He is very rotund with thin, boney arms and legs. He has greenish-yellow skin with pimples and growths on his face, long floppy ears, and a long needle nose. When I spot him, he comes out of the shadows and waddles over to my bed.
He gracefully jumps onto the foot of my bed and then sits on my chest. He is so heavy it feels as if my chest is going to be crushed and I can barely breath. Even worse, while I am in agony, he strokes my face with his long,decaying fingernails. I can’t even begin to describe how terrifying and creepy it is. I try so hard to move and scream, but I just can’t. I know if I did he would disappear. I wake up from these dreams screaming, awakening and frightening my roommate. Once I even feel out of my bed.
