Question: I have had RBD for at least 15 years. I had violent dreams about 3 times a month. A doctor prescribed Lunesta. It does not work as a sleep aide, but I have had no violent dreams since taking 3/4 mg. per night. I had previously tried all the standard medications for RBD. Many of the medications were worse than the ailment, none worked for me.Thank you Ray, for sharing this.

yesterday me and my friend where sleeping. and i was drunk.it was like 2 am or 3 .. was too late to sleep cos of the party.. and after that when we go to sleep.. there were around 7 8 member so and no one go home after party and we all share the bed and then after all gone to sleep my friend who was beside of me he just started to grab on my hip and i try to move his hand ahd go back to sleep after some time he use to grab on my chest and while am trying to remove his hand he was so strong and was deep sleep too..i just get scared and he was not a person like that, in the morning i say him about this and he said that he even don’t konw about it and he was so upset too.. he says that he even dobt think about anything .. and he also said that it is happening for him like for last 3 4 years and so he always choose to sleep alone.. how can we treat it and is it possible to get back to normal ?
